We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager for an immediate-start position. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the delivery of a significant residential and landscaping scheme involving the refurbishment of an existing estate and the construction of new ancillary buildings and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Act as the central point of coordination between contractors, suppliers, and the client’s delivery team.
*
Monitor and manage procurement, programme scheduling, and statutory compliance.
*
Collaborate closely with architects, landscape designers, and planning consultants.
*
Prepare and update detailed programme schedules; compile weekly and monthly project reports.
*
Chair and participate in site and stakeholder meetings.
*
Proactively resolve on-site issues to maintain progress and minimise disruption.
Requirements:
*
Demonstrable experience managing construction and refurbishment projects, ideally involving listed buildings or complex estate settings.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project).
*
Strong knowledge of contract administration, health and safety protocols, and procurement processes.
*
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple streams of activity.
*
Experience in working with planning authorities and heritage bodies is advantageous.
