Some of the main responsibilities include: Owning product quality Interacting with and liaising with customers Publishing and monitoring yield performance in line with agreed KPI’s Quality lead for contract reviews / production readiness reviews / build reviews Reviewing concessions / emails / engineering change notes ensuring compliance to procedures prior to job hold release to production Approving Standard Operating Procedures, suitability of jigs and visual inspection aids Verifying and approving changes to process Utilising Lean Manufacturing techniques and quality tools Leading quality improvement activities Performing yield analysis and identifying/leading CI projects We are seeking a candidate with a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline with PCBA experience. This role is a full time permanent contract, working 4.5 days per week, and is based at our site in Hook, Hampshire.
