Duties for this Family Legal Assistant:
1. Proactively manage Fee Earner diaries,
2. Handle new client enquiries, initiate and complete the setup of new matters, and carry out all onboarding and due diligence procedures
3. Accurately transcribe, print, and process dictations
4. Efficiently organise, scan, and e-file documents within the Case Management System, while also maintaining up-to-date and well-ordered paper files.
5. Oversee the monthly billing process
6. Process payment requests and record financial transactions
7. Manage the opening and archiving of both physical and digital client files.
