The Lamb & Flag is a community pub located in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. With its 5 hotel rooms, the Lamb & Flag is popular with locals as well as tourists visiting the area. Inside there is a large bar with zoned dining and bar areas for guests. Outside there is a dedicated decking area, as well as beer garden and kids play area. Overall, the pub demographic supports a balanced offer across food, drink, accommodation and family occasions, with seasonal peaks driven by tourism and local events in the area.
The Lamb & Flag is currently averaging an estimated £30,000 in weekly sales, with a sales mix of Wet 33% Dry 59% Room 8%. We are looking for an engaging operator or couple who are passionate about delivering amazing experiences for our guests, whilst delivering to high standards with a busy food operation and seasonal peaks. Hotel experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
