We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Services Provider expanding across the UK—and they’re hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-potential, “white-space” customers.
This is a growth-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
* Leading QBRs, service reviews, and account planning
* Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across cyber, cloud & connectivity
* Driving adoption of solutions (XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, M365)
* Managing renewals, contracts, and commercials
* Working closely with Pre-Sales and technical teams to win business
What they’re looking for:
* ~3+ years in account management (MSP, cyber, or IT services)
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of account growth
* Confident communicator with a consultative approach
* Good understanding of modern IT environments
