Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Change Business Analyst to drive strategic and regulatory initiatives within a fast-paced Investment Banking environment. This role focusses on delivering end-to-end change acrossplex front-to-back processes, working closely with global stakeholders and technology teams to ensure high-quality oues.
1. Location: London (Hybrid)
2. Daily Rate: Flexible
3. Contract Length: 6 Months
4. Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
5. Work on the implementation of change projects as part of IB-wide strategic and regulatory programmes
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and SMEs to capture and analyse requirements
7. Develop requirement specifications and user stories to support delivery
8. Partner with IT teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues
9. Support end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
10. Deliver training and support smooth transition to BAU post go-live
11. Drive change initiatives across front-to-back processes and systems
Key Requirements
12. Proven business analysis experience within an Investment Bank (or IB consulting)
13. Strong knowledge of regulatory change and/or investment banking products life cycle
14. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence globally
15. Strong analytical mindset with technology aptitude
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
17. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
