Job Title: Buying Administrator
Salary: Up to £28, per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
We're looking for a Buying Administrator to join a busy Head Office team in Brighton. This is a hands-on role supporting the buying and replenishment function, ensuring orders, stock and pricing data are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process orders and manage stock transfers efficiently
2. Check data accuracy in orders, invoices, and product records
3. Create and maintain product codes
4. Assist with stock rationalisation and inter-branch movements
5. Support and train junior admin staff
6. Help the team with ad-hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Skills & Experience:
7. Minimum 1 year's experience in a Buying Administration or similar role
8. Strong Excel skills and numeracy
9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
10. Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
11. Quick learner with the ability to use new systems effectively
