We are looking for a proactive Commercial Account Handler to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Account Executives, manage a diverse portfolio, and further your professional qualifications within the insurance industry.
The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be the engine room of our client service delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive accurate, timely, and compliant insurance solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Precision & Quoting: Reviewing client documentation with a fine-toothed comb to ensure data is comprehensive and accurate for the quoting process.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, and external insurers to exceed expectations.

Retention & Compliance: Supporting Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates while strictly adhering to FCA requirements.

Data Excellence: Processing data promptly and accurately on our internal systems to support high-level service execution and informed business analysis.

Upselling and cross selling. Renewals and retention, re-broking and liaising with Underwriter on terms and premiums
