The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Practitioner to join our team on a part-time, term-time only basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys hands-on outdoor learning, and wants to make a real difference in a community-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for children aged [insert age range].
* Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
* Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities both indoors and outdoors.
* Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with the team and parents.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or relevant childcare field.
* Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
