Are you an Assistant Manager or similar, with a background in Build to Rent or Student Accommodation, looking to join an industry leading business in a 12 month Fixed Term contract where you will be responsible for the delivery of luxury living?

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations and staff management.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.

5. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of the Build to Rent or Student Accommodation sector.
4. Ability to work flexible hours.
