How you’ll make a difference as a Senior Early Years Educator:
Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework. Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s learning, curiosity, and development. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families to create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
What a Senior Early Years Educator needs:
* Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
* Excellent understanding of EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
