We’re supporting the business as they’re looking to hire a Performance Creative Strategist to lead performance creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, with full ownership of creative direction for the US audience.
This is a seriously impressive business. In just a few short years, they’ve scaled from £0 to £50m+ in revenue, and you’ll almost certainly recognise them from their bold paid social campaigns and high-profile TV and radio advertising.
They produce 500+ ads per month across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with £750k+ monthly media spend, heavily focused on Meta. This is a true D2C powerhouse - and a rare opportunity to have real influence at scale within one of the UK’s most exciting growth brands.
What you’ll bring 👇
* ⭐️ 3+ years’ experience in performance creative or paid social-focused roles
* ⭐️ Experience working in-house or agency-side with D2C eCommerce brands
* ⭐️ Strong exposure to the US market (working with US brands, targeting US audiences, or being a US-native)
* ⭐️ A proven ability to create high-performing, highly shareable paid social content
* ⭐️ Big ideas and a fearless mindset - you love pushing creative boundaries from a direct-response perspective
* ⭐️ A driven, positive attitude - ambitious, collaborative, sociable and hungry to win
