Due to growth and continued success my Walsall based Engineering / Manufacturing client are looking for an experienced NDT Technician to join their existing team. Duties:- * Performing various methods of NDT Inspection - DPI, MPI, Visual and Radiography * Report findings on NDT Control Cards * Holds authority to stop production, if necessary, where a fault, defect or problem is identified Key Skills:- * PCN Level 2 / ANST or similar qualification within DPI, MPI, Visual and or Radiography (If you have Level 1 qualifications in 2 or more or above, this role will offer training and support for the right candidate) * Background in welded component inspection, ideally from heavy engineering, power, nuclear, oil & gas, petrochemical, or agricultural industries * Experience in maintaining inspection reports that are filed and up-to-date * Able to read and understand engineering drawings Working Hours - Mon - Thurs 7.50pm - 5.30pm & Fridays 7.50pm - 1.30pm Paid overtime is available at Time & 3rd, Time & 1/2 & Double Time
