Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for cladding projects, including materials, labor, and associated costs.
Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure all aspects of the work are captured.
Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, clarify requirements, and provide cost advice.
Monitor market trends and supplier pricing to maintain competitive and realistic estimates.
Support project managers and the operations team by providing clear, detailed cost breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and tender submissions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an estimator with a strong focus on cladding projects is essential.
In-depth knowledge of cladding systems, building envelopes, and roofing integration.
Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
