The Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be crucial in developing and executing high-impact social media strategies for the agency’s diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy & Planning: Developing innovative and data-driven organic social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Content Creation & Execution: Taking the lead on generating compelling, high-quality content (including photography, short-form video, and dynamic copy) that drives engagement and results, particularly for visually-led clients in Hospitality and Events.
Community Management: Leading community engagement across multiple platforms, monitoring trends, and managing client reputation.
Reporting & Analysis: Providing insightful reporting on social media performance, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations for optimisation.
Trend Spotting: Staying ahead of the curve on new social media features, platforms, and algorithm changes.
Client Liaison: Acting as a primary contact for social media-focused clients, presenting plans and results confidently.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated social media role, ideally within a Marketing Agency environment.
Demonstrable experience working with clients in the Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, travel) and/or Events sectors is highly desirable.
Proven capability in content creation and editing (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps) to produce visual assets for social channels.
Deep expertise across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
Proven track record of driving significant organic growth and engagement for clients.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
