🚨 Senior Air Conditioning Engineer – London 🚨
We’re actively looking for a top-level Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Allstar Air-Conditioning.
This is not a basic install role — we’re working on high-end residential and commercial projects, bespoke ducted systems, and VRV installations across London.
💷 Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (PAYE)
💰 Performance Bonus + Pay Reviews
🌴 Holiday increases based on performance
The Role:
• Installation of split, multi-split & VRV systems
• High-spec residential & detailed bespoke work
• Involvement in complex installs (ducting, layouts, coordination)
We’re looking for someone who:
• Knows what they’re doing — not someone we need to train
• Has strong experience with installs & commissioning
• Is confident working independently on site
• Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
• Wants to grow and be part of a serious operation
