Were looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established distribution business in a fast-moving consumable goods sector.
In this role youll team lead 3 members of the customer service team. We are looking for someone bright, personable and looking for a long-term career.
The role is Monday Thurs 9am 5pm, with an earlier finish on Fridays. Salary is £34,000 + bonus and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as team leader to support the customer service team
* Build strong relationships with existing customers
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
* Maintain accurate customer and order records
* Support order processing and daily team activity
* Help re-engage inactive customer accounts
About You
1. Previous experience being a team leader in an office-based environment
2. Previous experience within customer service or sales support/administration
3. Organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment
4. Commercially aware with a proactive approach
5.
