Responsibilities
* Taking client instructions and delivering clear, accurate legal advice.
* Managing your own caseload while supporting Partners and senior team members on high-value, complex cases.
* Regularly reviewing matters with your supervisor to ensure the highest standards of legal advice and client care.
Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Court of Protection Solicitor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you\'ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of Court of Protection work. From deputyship applications to complex disputes over welfare and finances, you\'ll be at the forefront of protecting the rights and interests of those who lack capacity. You\'ll work with clients who have lost capacity due to serious illnesses—such as those resulting from road traffic accidents or birth injuries—as well as elderly clients affected by conditions like dementia. Every case is unique, and your expertise will help deliver life-changing outcomes.

Qualifications
* Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest and background in Court of Protection work
* Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied caseload with confidence
* Some hands-on experience in Mental Capacity matters
* Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
* A proactive team player who can collaborate effectively while also working independently
