You’ll work closely with Trustees, faculty and external partners, building strong, trusted relationships and turning big-picture strategy into practical, well-run delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Marketing & Communications
* Develop and deliver the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy
* Lead campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and growth
* Oversee internal communications and brand consistency
* Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers
* Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
Operations & Service Delivery
* Develop and implement the Annual Operational Plan
* Oversee administration and delivery of UK and international courses
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and policy requirements
* Lead continuous service improvement and operational efficiency
People & Financial Management
* Line-manage the office team and support professional development
* Oversee budgets, financial reporting and cost controls
* Provide assurance to Trustees on governance and performance
About you:
* Recognised marketing qualification
* Proven experience in senior marketing, communications or operational leadership
* Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
