Job Description
3. Reporting on financial covenants
4. Delivering information undertakings, including quarterly and annual financial statements and a five‑year financial forecast
5. Preparing ESG reporting
6. Providing asset valuation covenant reports
7. Conducting analysis to support debt transactions, including new financings, refinancings, and prepayments
8. Creating presentation materials for internal stakeholders (e.g., board of directors) and external audiences (bankers, lenders, and roadshow participants)
9. Preparing quarterly earnings materials
10. Supporting liquidity planning and forecasting
11. Producing transaction deliverables required by lenders during deal closings
12. Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation
13. Processing invoices
The Successful Applicant
14. Strong communication skills
15. Willingness and ability to learn quickly
16. Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
17. High attention to detail
18. Experience working in capital‑intensive industries
19. Prior hands‑on finance experience (beyond academic knowledge)
20. Interest in capital markets
21. Strong Excel skillset; macro/VBA experience desirable
22. Exposure to Bloomberg/Power BI desirable.
