This is a standalone role where your coordination and admin skills will shine. You'll be supporting a small, close-knit team while playing a key role in the wider business.
Location: Birchwood, WarringtonJob Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - with an early finish on Friday! (flexible where required)Hybrid working - Friday WFH Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 - dependent on candidate experience
Daily Duties Include:
* Own and manage responsibilities supporting multiple recruitment projects across various sectors
* Track budgets, monitor risks, and manage project assets
* Schedule interviews, meetings, and events with candidates and clients
* Maintain accurate records and databases to track progress
* Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and candidates
* Support the creation of project plans and timelines
What You'll Bring:
* Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mindset
* Confident communicator - both written and verbal
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a recruitment, sales environment within a coordination or administration role
* A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
