About the Role: Are you an experienced leader passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a well-established 4-bed Children's Residential Home in Wolverhampton, rated "Good" by Ofsted. The home provides care for up to four young people and benefits from the support of two highly experienced Deputy Managers, offering a strong foundation for success. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' senior experience within a children's residential setting in the UK. Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce. Completed or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People). Strong leadership and people management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Full understanding of safeguarding legislation and children's home regulations. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work on-call as required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each child. Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, quality assurance, and service development. Lead and empower the team, providing ongoing training, mentoring, and development. Maintain full regulatory compliance and champion safeguarding best practices.
