What is the job?
Do you have a passion for driving talent development and employee engagement through thoughtful strategies and data insights?
As our brand-new Talent & Culture Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enhancing global talent management, employee experience, and culture initiatives. Collaborating with HR teams, business leaders, and global stakeholders, you'll help implement solutions that improve performance, succession planning, and company culture.
Working within a Global Talent & Culture team, you will focus on leveraging analytics to guide decisions, shape initiatives, and improve the overall employee experience—all while applying your strong organizational and communication skills to manage and execute key programs.
What will you be doing?
* You will assist in building and executing global talent management, performance excellence, and succession planning initiatives.
* You will support the creation and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including analyzing survey data and developing resources for business leaders.
* You will contribute to executing DEI initiatives and cultural programs that promote an inclusive workplace and reinforce company values.
* You will maintain and update talent data, ensuring accurate insights to guide career development and employee experience strategies.
About you?
* You will have experience running talent management, employee engagement, or organizational development programs, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
* You will have a proven track record in building frameworks that drive talent development and succession planning, leveraging analytics to inform strategies and decision-making.
* You will possess strong analytical skills to gather and interpret HR data, providing insights that support program success and continuous improvement.
