We’re looking for either qualified lifeguards or individuals with a drive to become an Open Water lifeguard (we will train you). We are searching for individuals to demonstrate just the right mix of welcoming our guests in a positive, friendly manner and ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety procedures necessary in the Water sport environment.

From the adrenaline-pumping aqua park to the peaceful exploration of the lake by paddleboard, kayak, there's something for everyone. What you’ll be doing
We're seeking enthusiastic and responsible Activity Leaders to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at Tattershall Lakes. This involves supervising water activities, and to ensure our awesome lakeside activities are promoted and run smoothly. From the thrilling Aqua Park to a wide range of activities, no day will be the same.
9. Lifeguarding on the lake – Being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they’re taking part in activities on the lake.
10. Enthusiastically engage with our guests, providing a great customer service.
11. Daily checks of the equipment to ensure it is safe to use – this includes safety equipment to checking aqua park pieces.
12. Cleaning duties to ensure safety and hygiene whilst using our facilities.
13. Keeping up to date with all required training – 2 hours of first aid and lifeguard training
14. Ensuring Health & Safety policies & procedures are being complied with.
Specific requirements of successful candidate:
15. Communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
16. A friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
17. Be 16-years-old or over at the time of assessment
18. Be competent and confident in open water
19. Be able to submerge under the water confidently
20. Before the course, candidates must be able to swim at least 400 metres in a pool/ open water swimming continuously on their front and show urgency.
Although training can be given to successful candidates if required.
