Job Description
* Design and deliver impactful internal learning programmes with a strong focus on leadership development and capability building.
* Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, ensuring future leaders are identified and nurtured.
* Partner with HR and business leaders to align development activities to PDR outcomes, operational needs, and growth priorities.
* Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, introducing new delivery methods including digital/blended learning.
* Build and maintain a learning culture by managing development resources, approved suppliers, and group-wide L&D frameworks.
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience designing and facilitating leadership workshops at Team Leader or Manager level.
* Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
* Experience leading Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence and presence in delivery.
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and travel to other UK sites when required.
* Full UK driving licence.
