Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily meals that cater to the specific tastes and dietary requirements of clients.
* Design and execute customised menus for events, dinners, and special occasions.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked kitchen.
* Source and select the finest quality ingredients to ensure exceptional meals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Over 5 years of experience as a Private Chef or in fine dining establishments.
* Culinary qualifications with a strong passion for gourmet cooking and presentation.
* In-depth knowledge of nutrition and various dietary needs.
* Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to client preferences.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid DBS/CRC Certificate required.
