Salary Range: £49,480 - £68,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Role Overview:
You will lead and manage the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) resource within Production Quality, delivering to Programmes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves working as part of a cross-functional team to drive improvements through collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the NDT Development team to meet demand.
* Support NDT staff in their Continued Professional Development.
* Plan and manage NDT team resources within Product Engineering.
* Support the Safe System of Work for NDT.
* Ensure timely and quality delivery of NDT technical assessments and inspection results using appropriate methodologies.
* Engage with the wider team, stakeholders, and other functions to improve output.
* Promote high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
* Perform other duties as required by the business.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in engineering or a similar NDT field.
* Understanding of NDT and Quality Inspection within Product Engineering.
* HNC/HND or higher in engineering or physics.
* Ability to inspire others and work well in a team.
