Responsibilities
* Providing “exceptional care for the individual” is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care.
* As a Care Assistant, you will support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
* Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
* We involve residents, and where appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans tailored to the needs of each particular resident.

Pay & Hours
* £12.22 per hour
* 24 & 36 hours per week
* Day or night shift
* Shift Pattern – Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
