The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Assist students with learning tasks, ensuring understanding and engagement
3. Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
4. Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment
5. Prepare learning resources and assist with lesson planning
6. Support exam preparation, assessments, and student progress tracking
7. Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff

Requirements
To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role, you will need:
13. Experience supporting students in a classroom or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to work with students of all abilities and backgrounds
16. Organisational skills and attention to detail
17. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
18. Eligibility to work in the UK
19. A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
