Private Client Senior Associate
Bristol (Hybrid or Remote)
This is a newly created role for an experienced Estate Administration Fee-Earner to join an exciting company that specialises in complex estate administration due to an increase in quality referrals. You can be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or qualified by experience.
Role Overview
As a Senior Associate Estate Administration fee-earner, you will manage a caseload of c40 complex estate files, including taxable estates, trusts, foreign estates and agricultural matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end administration of complex taxable estate files
* Progress cases through grants, accounts and estate closure
* Communicate with clients and professional partners via phone and email
* Draft estate accounts and ensure compliance with internal systems
* Mentor and support junior team members
What experience is required:
* 5+ years’ probate and estate administration experience
* Experience with complex or high-net-worth estates
* STEP/TEP qualified or working towards via STEP
* Solicitor or CILEX qualification
