The project is a leading regeneration scheme that required a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery if an existing phase of development before starting a Phase of mid rise RC frame apartment blocks from RIBA stage 3 onwards and through the construction process. This is a great role and opportunity to join a property developer utilising skills in architecture, structural engineering, M&E or Interior Design to support the Technical and Design department in delivering high quality and exceptional homes to live with placemaking at the heart of their development ethos. We are looking for an Architect or Engineer with a minimum of two years experience in construction or design consultancy. Degree qualified in architecture or structural, civil, M&E engineering.
