Job Description Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator (Block Management) - Bromsgrove - up to £26k My client is a long established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with several offices around the Worcestershire / West Midlands area. Due to increased lettings business, they are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their Block Management team based in Bromsgrove. Main Duties for the Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator Role: Overseeing raising of Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices Calculating and setting up monthly Direct Debits for customers Overseeing chasing of outstanding debts in accordance with the lease Calculating water, gas and electricity charges where necessary Overseeing contractor invoices are being paid Calculating and raising management fees for all sites Calculating and handling all VAT registered sites. Preparation of year end accounts Calculating voids and dealing with Freeholder and Lessee queries Skills Required: Accurate and Confident. Analytical mind. Attention to detail and Meticulous. Ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
