We are looking for a skilled
Capacity Analyst
to monitor, forecast, and optimize resource utilization across systems and operations. The role involves analyzing performance trends, ensuring service availability, and supporting capacity planning to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and forecasting for systems, applications, or business operations.
* Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate with IT, business, and operations teams to align capacity with demand.
* Provide regular reports, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, availability, and performance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience as a Capacity Analyst or in capacity planning/performance management.
* Strong analytical skills with knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud environments, or business operations planning.
* Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Knowledge of forecasting techniques, trend analysis, and demand management.
