My Shrewsbury based client is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator. This role is office based, delivering a high standard of customer service and co-ordinating internal sales. Salary - £26k Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm 23 days holiday plus Bank holidays Responsibilities:- Providing quotations to customers via email and telephone Processing customer quotations, orders and proformas on Winman and keeping them updated Liaising with customers about their orders Taking payment for proformas Translating customers' descriptions and codes to ensure they receive exactly what they require Working closely with other departments such as Purchasing and Operations to ensure on-time order delivery Generating manufacturing orders for in house manufacture or sub-assembly Liaising with purchasing for back-to-back purchase orders Providing technical solutions and application advice to customers; obtaining the information from Product Manager or Technical Manager if required Communicating missing or anomalous product information to Product Management Resolving customer queries or issues & feeding back to Management Organising the transport for shipments out of the UK Reporting on Daily Sales to the company Other ad hoc duties as required Skills and experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, also the ability to work with other departmental functions within the business (Essential) Proficient user of Microsoft (Office 365) - Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (Essential) Experience of working within a sales/customer facing environment such as a contact centre (Essential) The ability to work under pressure; demonstrating a positive, enthusiastic and resilient approach (Essential) Previous roles include Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator Contact Alex at Major Recruitment Telford for further information or click apply We will carefully consider your application and advise you if we're able to progress with your application within 3 working days.
