Job details
SSG Training & Consultancy Ltd, are looking for a passionate and professional First Aid Instructor to deliver accredited first aid training courses in line with FAIB standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training organisation and make a real impact by equipping learners with life saving skills.
What you will do
* Deliver First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, and Paediatric First Aid courses.
* Ensure all training meets FAIB standards and awarding body requirements.
* Create an engaging, interactive learning environment.
* Assess learners and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
* Ensure training equipment is prepared and maintained.
* Represent SSG Training and Consultancy professionally, at all times.
Who you are
* FAIB First Aid Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
* Teaching / assessing qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
* Up to date First Aid certification.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate learners.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
