Pub Overview
Refurbishment to community pub in Freckleton. Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer?
The area
The Plough is located in the village centre of Freckleton, on the banks of the River Ribble estuary and at the end of the BAE Systems runway. The wider area is semi‑rural, with around 3,500 people living within a 10‑minute walk and 6,222 within 20 minutes. The village has a handful of small shops and two pubs, with good transport links via the A584, nearby Kirkham train station and a regular bus service.
The offer
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food & drinks offer. The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 40% of the pub's total sales.
