Location: Norwich
Salary: £60,000-£65,000
Facility: Small 30‑bed nursing and residential home specialising in dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of the home.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead business development initiatives.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance.
- Prepare the facility for inspections.
Key Requirements
- Registered Manager with previous management experience in an elderly care setting.
- Management qualification.
- Good understanding of inspection requirements.
- Supported by owners and daily support from a clinical lead/deputy manager.
