The Role
As Profit Centre Manager, you'll take the lead on:
1. Driving branch performance, ensuring sales targets and profit margins are achieved.
2. Developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.
3. Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
4. Managing stock, logistics, and branch operations efficiently and effectively.
5. Delivering on strategic objectives while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

6. Proven experience in a similar branch or profit centre management role, ideally within electrical wholesale, trade distribution, or a related sector.
