Senior Midday Supervisor
Contract type: Permanent. Hours: 7.5 hours per week, term-time only. Working pattern: 11:45am–1:15pm. Salary: Pro Rata salary of £5,440 per annum, based on a full-time equivalent of £31,158 per annum.

The Role Details
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated Senior Midday Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role, line managing a team of 9 Midday Supervisors and ensuring lunchtimes are safe, positive and enriching experiences for all children.
* Leading, organising and supporting the Midday Supervisor team.
* Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils.
* Enhancing lunchtime provision through creativity, problem-solving and a child-centred approach.
* Working with staff across the school to ensure consistency and high standards.
