Kestrel HR are delighted to be working with Graysons to help find a Head Chef for the fabulous Holburne Museum in the centre of Bath.
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen through an exciting new phase. With a brand-new kitchen space launching soon and a full menu redevelopment planned, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, hands-on chef ready to make their mark.
You'll play a key role in shaping the food offer, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across the board.
Responsibilities
Full menu design and development from brunch to bespoke events
Day-to-day kitchen management including ordering, stock control and GP management
Maintain all kitchen health & safety and food hygiene standards
Lead a small team and support their development
Confidently use (or learn quickly) systems like Indicator and Nutritics
Plan and deliver food for occasional events, including weddings
