Location: Derby based, covering East Mids region
Salary: Up to GBP55,000 based on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail:oriented and proactive Estimator with a number of years experience in roofing and cladding to join our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing competitive and precise cost estimates for a range of roofing and cladding projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for roofing and cladding projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
* Identify potential risks and cost:saving opportunities
* Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and regulations
What we need:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the roofing and cladding industry
* Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and industry regulations
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
