East Midlands Railway (EMR) is looking for a talented
Digital Product Manager
to shape and deliver our digital strategy. You'll lead improvements across our retailing channels, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless digital experience while helping us maximise commercial return.
What you'll be doing:
Drive EMR's digital strategy and deliver innovation in digital retailing
Use data and insights to improve customer experience and commercial performance
Lead website content, SEO strategy, and online distribution channels
Work closely with stakeholders, delivery partners, and industry bodies
Optimise traffic, conversion, and ROI across digital channels
Manage suppliers, processes, and performance reporting
About you:
Strong background in digital, e-commerce, or website content management
Skilled with data (Excel, Google Analytics) and confident presenting insights
Customer-focused, innovative, and commercially minded
Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills
Able to juggle priorities with great attention to detail
