We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 2 Receptionist to join our community drug and alcohol team in Havant. You will be the first point of contact for service users, carers, and professionals visiting our hub. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support administrative functions and deliver a warm, efficient reception service within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. Advert • Provide a high-quality reception service for service users, families, and external visitors • Deliver full administrative and secretarial support to the Inclusion team • Answer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and confidential manner • Maintain filing systems and assist with managing correspondence • Support meetings by preparing documentation and taking minutes as required • Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office stock, and operate petty cash • Use IT systems (including ILLY and Microsoft packages) to enter data and generate reports • Work flexibly across our hubs in Aldershot and Basingstoke Working for our organisation Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is an award winning organisation with over 9000 employees.
