Job Title: Commercial Account Executive Location: Independent Broker | Worcestershire (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE Book to Inherit, No New Business Pressure, Flexible Package About the Company: A modern independent insurance brokerage with a strong foundation in traditional values, this firm has built a loyal client base across the UK by putting service and relationships first. With decades of combined industry experience at director level, they specialise in providing tailored insurance solutions to both individuals and businesses, from sole traders and SMEs to larger corporate clients. The company maintains a small, close-knit team, offering clients a consistent and personal experience. Their service is fully in-house, allowing for efficient, joined-up support across broking, claims, and accounts. The Role: Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join the team and take over an existing £150k income book. The book includes a well-balanced mix of commercial clients across the UK, including areas such as Dartford, Gravesend, and the Black Country. There is no new business target, and no expectation to cold call or aggressively prospect. The focus is on client service, retention, and natural, organic growth.
