Working as Grayce Consultants, you will be deployed to our client to join their Product Engineering team, as an AI Analyst. In this exciting entry‑level position, the successful candidate will help explore how emerging AI technologies can transform end‑to‑end business processes, enhance customer and employee experiences, and unlock new ways of working beyond traditional automation. Working closely with senior engineers, solution architects, and stakeholders from across the business, the Graduate AI Analyst will gain exposure to cutting‑edge AI tools, contribute to real-world use cases, and develop the foundations needed for a successful career in enterprise AI solution delivery. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Build hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio 365 and Microsoft Azure Foundry services to support the design, configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of AI agents and conversational solutions. Work closely with senior engineers and solution architects to learn best practices, delivery approaches and tooling across the AI capability. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of AI assets, including prompts, agent configurations and documentation, aligned with agreed governance and standards. Support and help facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities with business and IT stakeholders. Build a working understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), including when and how they should be used effectively in an enterprise environment. Participate in prompt engineering, drafting, testing and refining prompts under guidance to ensure solutions are safe, consistent and high‑quality.
