What Youll Get
* £16 per hour
* Full training provided (no prior care experience required)
* Flexible shifts (34 per week)
* 5.6 weeks holiday (pro rata)
* NEST pension scheme
* Ongoing support from a care coordinator
Shift Pattern
* Day shifts: 08:00 22:00
* Night shifts: 22:00 10:00
* Mixed rota (days & nights) provided in advance
About the Role
This is more than a typical care assistant job or support worker role.
Youll provide 1:1 personal care and support to a young man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, helping with daily living and social activities.
Alongside providing personal care, youll also:
* Support independent living
* Assist with social activities (rugby, music, outings, pub trips)
* Encourage confidence and new experiences
* Work as part of a small, consistent care team

* Confident driver (adapted vehicle provided)
