What youll be doing:
1. Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and client meetings.
2. Leveraging relationships with existing clients to secure new job openings and expand revenue streams.
3. Building strong relationships by managing client requests and delivering excellent customer service
4. Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruiting tools, ensuring strong candidate pipelines.

6. Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
