Your Role
The Neighbourhood service is looking to recruit a Social Worker with experience working with adults in line with the Care Act to promote and enhance their well-being.
The post holder will provide leadership support to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome focus. This includes supervising and supporting staff and contributing to the ongoing development of the service.

We are looking for someone who:
* Is a team player with experience and drive in developing and supporting both newly qualified and experienced social workers to achieve their best.
* Has good time management and organizational skills.
* Is ambitious and creative; as a developing service, we value individuals who can think creatively and solve problems effectively.
* Understands budgets and their impacts.
