TheHead of ITis responsible forleading thestrategy and integration ofacquiredcompanies. They will build the relationships with the business unit to lead totransformation activities to achieve anAcrisure-widestrategic portfolio of market-driven digitaltechnology platformspoised for enrollment growth. The portfolio includesIT Infrastructure and IT Applications initiativesas well asCybersecurityanddigital transformation initiatives. They will work collaboratively withinternaland external stakeholders driving criticaltechnology transformationstrategies; designingsystemlifecycle stage plans;engagingmarket intelligence research; developingbusiness case & ROI for initiatives; guiding qualitytechnology deployment and IT portfolio managementprocesses.
The Head of ITwill have a multitude ofIT integrationprojects in various stages at one time.
Essential Duties
1. Strategy– Full understanding of the IT program, portfolio&activitiesin accordance withthe mission and goals ofAcrisure and alignment ofacquiredcompaniesneeds.
2. Integration– Assess andmanageintegration ofacquiredcompanies that leads to a mature and efficient run state.
3. Line of Business Support–Understand business and revenue model end-to-end, which includes system alignment and optimization, both current and post integration run state.
4. Risk Management–Work with Cyber security to analyze current risk state andassisttooptimizerickmanagement.
5. Financial Management– Analyze current financialrunstate and measure against integration ROI.
Enterprise Architect Responsibilities:
6. Develop andmaintaina strategicIT integrationplan, leading a highly collaborative effort todeliver on IT initiativesto maximizevalueacrossAcrisure.
7. Develop and maintainROI’sfor integration in Financial, Risk and Service Management.
8. Maintain and/orimprove existingnimbleprocessesto provideintegration programson a rollforward basis.
9. Serve as a liaison betweenIT,corporatedepartments, andbusinessunits to coordinate the necessary support needed to provide successfulimplementation of integration and platform rationalization.
10. Collaborate with potential stakeholders toidentifyspecific needs.
11. Managerisks and issues andtaking correctivemeasurements
12. Coordinatethe projects and theirinterdependencies
13. Manageandutilizingintegration resources across projects
14. Manage stakeholders’ communication
Education and/or Experience:
15. Bachelor’s Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
16. 7+ years of Technology experience within a complex IT environmentwith 3+ years of leadership/managerial experience.
Knowledge,Skills& Abilities:
17. Experience applying project management best practices,integrationor stack rationalization withdesign-thinking approaches
18. Experience using key performance indicators,metricsand data/predictive analytics to support planning,decision-makingand continuous improvement efforts
19. Experience implementing technology stacks: Microsoft, GCP, Amazon, Line of Business and ERP (Workday, ADP, SAP,Deltek, Oracle, NetSuite,etc).
20. Experience supervising, training,motivatingand mentoring staff in a high performing operation
21. HighlyDesired: Holdacombination Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) and/or Technical Certifications (Microsoft, Amazon, GCP,etc) and/or Security, Governance and Risk Certifications (CISSP, CRISC, Security+, CISM, ITIL, CGEIT, etc.)
22. Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.
23. Experience with consensus building to bring together opposing views andsteeringdebates toward practical solutions and paths forward.
