Role Type Permanent, Full time

Location Field Based, Bristol

Annual Salary: £28,000

Main Purpose of the Role

10. You will conduct comprehensive property inspections, benefit from an upskill programme including LRAs and mid‑term inspections, and demonstrate excellent customer service, flexibility, and organisational skills.
11. Daily responsibilities include producing detailed reports, using our in‑house systems to manage your workload efficiently, and developing strong client relationships. You will take part in regular feedback sessions, deliver a range of inventory services, and engage in ongoing professional development. You will also work to daily volume and quality targets and ensure timely submission of all work.

Key Responsibilities

12. Undertake inventory‑related property assessments using field‑based software, including Inventories, Property Audits, Property Viewings, Check‑ins, and Checkouts
13. Undertake independent Energy Audits
14. Deliver comprehensive, accurate, same‑day reports on a right‑first‑time basis, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client SLAs
15. Meet daily targets relating to work volumes and quality
16. Use in‑house IT systems to complete assessments and manage workflow
17. Attend training sessions as required
18. Embrace the core values of the business
19. Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting and client interactions

Essential- Experienced Inventory Clerk

20. Experienced Inventory Clerk
21. Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle at all times, and appropriate business‑use insurance
22. Flexibility and adaptability to deliver a diverse range of products
23. Willingness to embrace new products and processes in a changing business
24. Ability to self‑motivate and work independently
25. Excellent organisational skills
26. Strong IT skills
27. Commitment to Continuous Personal Development
28. Diligent, trustworthy, and respectful when working in clients’ homes
